I'm Alex, founder of Phase Two.
Kyiv-born. Taught myself design, and earned my way into product through curiosity, repetition, and a lot of trial and error.
I've worked across global consulting firms, enterprise teams, and early-stage startups - as both a contractor and a fractional product designer. Different speeds, same goal: build things that actually work.
I lead every project myself and stay hands-on as a product designer. When the work needs more muscle, I bring in trusted senior collaborators across product design, full-stack development, motion, and prototyping. Small, focused team. High trust.
